L\u2019ajout de compost ou de fumier bien d\u00e9compos\u00e9 avant la plantation favorise une bonne formation des racines. \u00c9viter les sols compacts ou lourds pour \u00e9viter les racines fourchues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3e <strong>Plantation<\/strong> : distance entre les plants : 15 cm. Planter les plants en pleine terre, en espa\u00e7ant suffisamment pour permettre aux racines de se d\u00e9velopper correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca7 <strong>Arrosage<\/strong> : Maintenir le sol frais, surtout pendant le d\u00e9veloppement des racines, sans exc\u00e8s d\u2019eau qui pourrait provoquer la pourriture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Entretien<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biner et d\u00e9sherber autour des plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surveiller l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apporter du compost si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2702\ufe0f <strong>R\u00e9colte<\/strong> : R\u00e9colter lorsque les racines ont atteint leur taille adulte, selon la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 (environ 10 \u00e0 15 cm pour les racines rondes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 cm pour certaines vari\u00e9t\u00e9s longues). Ne pas laisser trop longtemps en terre pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles deviennent ligneuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf31 <strong>\u00c0 consommer<\/strong> : Les radis raves se d\u00e9gustent crus, r\u00e2p\u00e9s en salade, ou cuits \u00e0 la vapeur, r\u00f4tis ou en soupe.
