Il se consomme dans de nombreuses pr\u00e9parations : soupes, gratins, quiches ou po\u00eal\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f <strong>Exposition<\/strong> : Le poireau pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une exposition ensoleill\u00e9e \u00e0 mi-ombrag\u00e9e, avec un sol bien expos\u00e9 pour un d\u00e9veloppement optimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Sol<\/strong> : Le poireau appr\u00e9cie un sol fertile, profond, frais et bien drain\u00e9. L\u2019ajout de compost bien d\u00e9compos\u00e9 avant la plantation favorise la croissance des tiges et la formation de la partie blanche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3e <strong>Plantation<\/strong> : distance entre les plants : 10 \u00e0 15 cm, avec 30 cm entre les rangs. Avant de planter, <strong>parer les plants<\/strong> : couper les feuilles au-dessus de la fourche et raccourcir les racines \u00e0 environ 3 cm. Planter les plants en pleine terre ou en jardini\u00e8re, en veillant \u00e0 bien espacer pour permettre le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca7 <strong>Arrosage<\/strong> : Maintenir le sol frais, surtout pendant la croissance. Arroser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sans exc\u00e8s pour \u00e9viter les maladies racinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Entretien<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biner et d\u00e9sherber autour des plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surveiller l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apporter du compost si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter les plants au fur et \u00e0 mesure pour obtenir de belles tiges blanches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2702\ufe0f <strong>R\u00e9colte<\/strong> : R\u00e9colter les poireaux lorsque les tiges ont atteint la taille souhait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf31 <strong>\u00c0 consommer<\/strong> : Les poireaux se d\u00e9gustent cuits dans les soupes, gratins, quiches, tartes ou saut\u00e9s.
