Il se consomme cuit, en pur\u00e9e, soupe, gratin ou r\u00e2p\u00e9 cru en salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f <strong>Exposition<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une exposition <strong>ensoleill\u00e9e<\/strong>, mais tol\u00e8re une l\u00e9g\u00e8re mi-ombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Sol<\/strong> : Appr\u00e9cie un sol <strong>profond, fertile et riche en mati\u00e8re organique<\/strong>, bien drain\u00e9. L\u2019apport de <strong>compost ou fumier bien d\u00e9compos\u00e9<\/strong> avant plantation favorise un bon d\u00e9veloppement racinaire. \u00c9viter les sols trop l\u00e9gers ou sableux qui peuvent d\u00e9former la racine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca7 <strong>Arrosage<\/strong> : Maintenir le sol <strong>humide<\/strong>, surtout en p\u00e9riode s\u00e8che, pour \u00e9viter que la racine ne devienne fibreuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Entretien<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9sherber et biner autour des plants pour faciliter l\u2019a\u00e9ration du sol et le d\u00e9veloppement racinaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9viter les stress hydriques, qui peuvent provoquer une racine dure ou creuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3e <strong>Plantation<\/strong> : Espacer les plants de <strong>40 \u00e0 50 cm<\/strong>, pour laisser la racine se d\u00e9velopper pleinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2702\ufe0f <strong>R\u00e9colte<\/strong> : R\u00e9colter lorsque la racine est <strong>pleine et ferme<\/strong>, avant les premi\u00e8res gel\u00e9es si possible.
