Il se consomme cru en salade, cuit \u00e0 la vapeur, r\u00f4ti ou en gratin. Attention, ce n\u2019est pas le fenouil aromatique vivace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f <strong>Exposition<\/strong> : Le fenouil bulbe pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une exposition <strong>ensoleill\u00e9e<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019abri des vents forts, pour favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement des bulbes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Sol<\/strong> : Il se d\u00e9veloppe dans un sol fertile, l\u00e9ger, riche en mati\u00e8re organique et bien drain\u00e9. L\u2019apport de compost bien d\u00e9compos\u00e9 avant la plantation favorise des bulbes volumineux et savoureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3e <strong>Plantation<\/strong> : Planter les plants en pleine terre, en espa\u00e7ant <strong>les plants de 25 \u00e0 30 cm<\/strong> et les rangs de <strong>35 \u00e0 40 cm<\/strong>. Enterrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le collet pour stabiliser le bulbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca7 <strong>Arrosage<\/strong> : Maintenir le sol <strong>frais mais non d\u00e9tremp\u00e9<\/strong>, surtout pendant le d\u00e9veloppement du bulbe, pour \u00e9viter le go\u00fbt fibreux et amer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Entretien<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biner et d\u00e9sherber r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement autour des plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surveiller l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apporter du compost ou un engrais \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer les feuilles ab\u00eem\u00e9es pour favoriser la croissance des bulbes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2702\ufe0f <strong>R\u00e9colte<\/strong> : R\u00e9colter les bulbes lorsqu\u2019ils sont bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et fermes, avant que le collet ne durcisse. Les feuilles vertes peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es comme aromatique si souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\ud83c\udf31 <strong>\u00c0 consommer<\/strong> : Le fenouil bulbe se consomme cru en salade, r\u00f4ti, en gratin, \u00e0 la vapeur ou dans les soupes.
