Il est traditionnellement consomm\u00e9 cuit, en gratin ou brais\u00e9, et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour sa saveur douce et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f <strong>Exposition<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une <strong>exposition ensoleill\u00e9e<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019abri des vents forts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Sol<\/strong> : Appr\u00e9cie un sol <strong>profond, fertile, riche en mati\u00e8re organique et bien drain\u00e9<\/strong>.
