Il se consomme cru en salade ou cuit en soupe, saut\u00e9 ou en wok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f <strong>Exposition<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une exposition <strong>ensoleill\u00e9e<\/strong>, tol\u00e8re une l\u00e9g\u00e8re mi-ombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Sol<\/strong> : N\u2019appr\u00e9cie pas les sols acides ni pauvres, craint le <strong>Bore<\/strong>.
