Elle est id\u00e9ale pour les salades, les sandwiches ou en garniture sur pizzas et plats cuisin\u00e9s. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de roquette cultiv\u00e9e offre de plus larges feuilles que la sauvage et monte moins vite \u00c0 graines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2600\ufe0f <strong>Exposition<\/strong> : La roquette pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une exposition ensoleill\u00e9e \u00e0 mi-ombrag\u00e9e, surtout dans les p\u00e9riodes chaudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Sol<\/strong> : La roquette appr\u00e9cie un sol fertile, riche en mati\u00e8re organique, frais et bien drain\u00e9. Un apport de compost bien d\u00e9compos\u00e9 avant la plantation favorise une croissance rapide et des feuilles tendres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3e <strong>Plantation<\/strong> : distance entre les plants : 15 \u00e0 20 cm. Planter directement les plants en pleine terre ou en pot, en espa\u00e7ant suffisamment pour permettre un bon d\u00e9veloppement des feuilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca7 <strong>Arrosage<\/strong> : Arroser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour maintenir le sol frais, sans exc\u00e8s d\u2019eau afin d\u2019\u00e9viter le go\u00fbt amer et le d\u00e9veloppement de maladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Entretien<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biner et d\u00e9sherber autour des plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surveiller l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apporter du compost si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2702\ufe0f <strong>R\u00e9colte<\/strong> : R\u00e9colter les feuilles d\u00e8s qu\u2019elles sont bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es.
